		<description>Pretty good idea there. I&#039;ve never really thought about the relationship between the price of renting to overall property value. A way I like to evaluate the real estate market, at least locally, is to attend all of the open houses I can. And of course, zillow.com&#039;s always a great tool. It also doesn&#039;t hurt that my father&#039;s a property appraiser :P</description>
